They were two perfectly insignificant and incapable individuals, whose existence is only rendered possible through the high organization of civilized crowds. Few men realize that their life, the very essence of their character, their capabilities and their audacities, are only the expression of their belief in the safety of their surroundings. The courage, the composure, the confidence; the emotions and principles; every great and every insignificant thought belongs not to the individual but to the crowd:

音楽で言うフーガみたいなカンジですかね。

目の前の人の言ったセリフを
そのまま繰り返すこと。
それも発音、イントーネーションや
ニュアンスをできる限り似せること。

だから相手はネイティブスピーカーが良い。

ちなみにこのシャドーイングの効果だったり
論理的な説明は
ネットでもよく載っているそうだ。

まず、これは
口と頭が英語に慣れていく
という効果が期待できる。

言葉はやっぱり慣れというのは
とても大切なファクターになっているのは
抗いようのない事実。

慣れていないと
自然と口をついてでない。
会話でもまごついてしまうだろうし
頭がからっぽになってしまうことも
少なくないだろう。

とりあえず
とにかくマネるだけだから
特にストレスもなく
英語に触れ、慣れていくということを
しやすいのではないか
という学習法。
